Midfielder in trouble after FA Cup parade antics

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has been warned by the club’s officials after his antics during their FA Cup victory parade on Sunday.

The Gunners star lead chants after the trophy was lifted in front of thousands of fans in front of the Emirates Stadium, but the chants were explicit and aimed at local-rivals, Tottenham Hotspur.

Wilshere Chants

The first chant Wilshere kicked off was an Arsenal chant called ‘What Do You Think Of Tottenham’, to which Arsenal fans respond with the word ‘s**t’. Despite the swear word, the England international shouted it out in front of the thousands which was met with massive cheers and applause.

However, after the parade, Wilshere received a warning from the club officials about how to behave in public as a member of Arsenal Football Club.

Officials had to remind the midfielder of his responsibilities to the football club and have warned him about his antics.

Wilshere lead the same chants last year after their FA Cup win against Hull City, where he was warned by Arsene Wenger, and this time around he has been warned by the club’s officials yet again.

After the chant, Wilshere lead another one aimed at Spurs which is known as ‘It’s Happened Again’, referring to Arsenal finishing above their local-rivals yet again.

The microphone was then taken from Wilshere, but he managed to take it back in time to start yet another chant aimed at their rivals.

The coverage from Arsenal was then cut and taken back to the studio and the parade presenter quickly apologised for Wilshere’s language.

At the start of the day, the midfielder was pictured getting off the bus with a beer in his hand, and reports emerged throughout the day showing pictures of the 23-year-old out until 6am celebrating.
