James Rodriguez has said that he has only Bayern on his mind.
The Colombian star has been in and out of the side with a knee injury.
Bayern Munich star James Rodriguez has said that he only has one club on his mind at this moment and it is Bayern Munich. The player has been serving a significant amount of time on the sidelines, nursing a knee injury. He is currently on loan from Real Madrid and might have to ponder upon his options at the end of the season if the Bavarians don’t make his transfer permanent.
The Colombian ace had a strong impact on the side in the last term after former Bayern Munich manager Jupp Heinckes used him in almost every outing and he returned his faith with back to back brilliant performances. However, this season, it has been tough for him to get a place in the Bayern lineup with injury keeping him out of action.
James, however, has said that he only has one club on his mind at this moment and it is Bayern Munich. He said, “My present is with Bayern Munich, I have a contract with them until June. I’m fine there, I’m calm. In June we will see what happens, but right now I am only thinking about Bayern.”
Speaking about the speculations of having a not-so-good relationship with the manager Niko Kovac, James said, “Bayern has a healthy squad that is good together, and there is no issue at all with Kovac.”
