Emmanuel Frimpong has today confirmed that he doesn’t want to leave Arsenal and has stated that he doesn’t expect to be sold by the club either.

It was reported that the youngster was getting frustrated at the lack of first team opportunities and there was a potential move on the cards, but the Ghanaian has today squashed all those rumours.

The 20-year-old has however said that he would love the chance to go out on loan again just to get some much needed game-time.

The Arsenal midfielder took to social networking site, Twitter, earlier to reassure all the Arsenal fans that he has no plans of leaving the club.

“Subject to rumours am not leaving afc I am positive of going on loan this week which am really excited about and I am fully committed to afc.

“And am not in my last year or looking to be sold just to clear matters thank you and going on loan to get games and come back to arsenal.”
