Manchester United and England winger is set to get a bumber £150,000-a-week deal.

According to reports from The Sun, Jesse Lingard is all set for a hike and will receive a new  £150,000-a-week deal from the Red Devils.

Lingard was a part of Manchester United Youth academy since the age of 7. He was a part of the team that helped Manchester United win the 2011-12 FA Youth cup.

Lingard along with teammate Michael Keane was loaned to Leicester City. He made 5 appearances for the Foxes before returning to the Devils. He made a return to the club in the year 2013. Lingard was also loaned to clubs like Birmingham city for the season 2013-14, Brighton & Hove Albion for the season 2013-14 as well and Derby County for the season 2014-15. Lingard made a total appearance of 47 matches for all the 3 clubs and scored on 12 occasions.

The winger was then recalled for the Red Devils for the 2015-16 season. He scored his first goal for the senior team in a home game against West Bromwich Albion which resulted in a 2-0 win.

Lingard has represented the Devils in 131 matches and has scored on 24 occasions.

United boss, Mourinho has high-rated the player and his worth will continue to rise, by looking at the way he is performing for the English National Team.

“Jesse has shown that he is a top class performer on and off the pitch. He has a fabulous season for the club last year and has taken that form onto the international stage so far.His England showings has been brilliant and the club know he is all set to become a global star if he continues.” said a source from Manchester United.

Lingard has already signed a  £75,000-a-week in April last year and if all goes right he will sign the new deal as well.

The winger will be a part of the English team when they take on the Swedish side for a berth in the final 4 of the ongoing World cup.
