Chinese club now want second Chelsea star
Jiangsu Suning are eyeing yet another deal with Chelsea as they ramp up their interest in striker Radamel Falcao.
The Chinese outfit secured the signing of Ramires earlier this week after agreeing to pay £24.2million for the Brazilian, and according to reports, they now want to bring Falcao over as well.
The Colombian international has suffered during his brief career in Stamford Bridge, with lack of first-team football and consistent injury problems keeping him on the sidelines.
Falcao Flops
Falcao is on a season-long loan with Chelsea after agreeing to leave AS Monaco on a temporary basis, but with Diego Costa the chosen striker, the 29-year-old’s game-time has been restricted.
This is the second failed spell in England for Falcao, following his dismal loan spell at Manchester United last year, and Jiangsu are keen on ending his Premier League nightmare.
Both Chelsea and Monaco are desperate to get the striker off their books, and Jiangsu are ready to splash the cash on yet another big-name signing.
