Joe Hart insists Burnley players are aware of their duties and will do everything possible to get the club out of the relegation zone.
Burnley are languishing in the 19th position currently and are currently a pale shadow of their previous year’s form. Sean Dyche has failed to bring out the best from the Clarets players and seems to be struggling in the top flight.
Burnley wasted another chance as they crashed to another defeat against Liverpool. Dyche’s men showed a much improved performance and took the lead through Jack Cork.
But a strong display from Liverpool saw the Reds coming from behind to put in three goals past a hapless Joe Hart. Despite the loss Hart is positive as he feels they will work on their mistakes and will move ahead.
“We put on a performance, but we didn’t have enough, ultimately
“It’s tough to take, but we I think we are the kind of team that sticks together and we’ll build on the positives and work on the negatives and that will continue.
“I think we have to be realistic about it. We are in the bottom three and so long as you are in the bottom three, or five, you are in a relegation battle.
“You have to apply yourself and we are certainly not going to lose sight of who and what we are and what we are here to do.”
