Chelsea captain, John Terry, posted on his official Instagram last night venting his frustrations at the officials during yesterday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
The Blues came away from Old Trafford with a point after conceding a last-minute equaliser to Robin Van Persie, and despite Terry praising his team-mates and the travelling fans, he couldn’t help but leave a small dig at the match-day officials.
The visitors were denied a clear penalty in the first-half when Branislav Ivanovic was wrestled to the ground by Chris Smalling, and Terry stated that he felt it happened at every set-piece.
On his official Instagram account, the captain posted: ‘Great goal from @didierdrogba today, Frustrated not to come away with 3 points.
‘Great performance and it shows how well we are playing when you come away from Old Trafford disappointed with 1 point.
‘Thanks to all the travelling fans for your great support.’
To end the message, Terry added the hashtag: #JTandIVAgotdoubleheadlockedfromeverycorner’. (John Terry and Ivanovic got double headlocked from every corner)
