Jose Mourinho is set to be investigated by the Football Association (FA) after he was caught by a television camera making some comments after Manchester United’s comeback win over Newcastle United.

The Portuguese manager was under serious pressure to deliver but United’s stunning 3-2 victory over the Magpies has given him a much needed respite but it seems his off field antics are back to haunt him once again.

Following the final whistle, Mourinho was seen speaking something offensive on camera which appeared to be in his mother tongue Portuguese. FA is believed to have taken steps after the incident and is reviewing the matter.

A final decision is yet to be taken but if he is found guilty the former Real Madrid manager may have to sit out the Chelsea match. United are scheduled to visit the Stamford Bridge after the international break and if FA decides to impose a ban on the Portuguese he will have to watch the match from the stands.

This is not the first time Mourinho is facing FA sanctions as he has gone through this several times.
