Jose Mourinho has hinted at possibly ending up at Juventus next season if all the cards line up for him.
The Portuguese manager who is currently looking for a job has quickly been linked with the vacant head coaching position at Turin after news got out that Massimiliano Allegri had stepped down.
After 5 seasons of domestic success under the Italian, the Bianconeri are looking for the next winning manager who will be able to transcend their status in the Champions League.
Juventus last won the prestigious European trophy in 1996 and has only been able to reach the finals two seasons under Allegri. They have crossed great obstacles to land Cristiano Ronaldo, who coincidentally have a great relationship with Juventus.
When asked about the job, Mourinho said, “One of the players that I have a great relation with, he plays for a team and he told me, ‘You should come here next season’, and I told him, ‘They don’t love me’. He told me, ‘You win three matches and they will start loving you.’”
Reports from Italy claim that super agent, Jorge Mendes and Ronaldo are already laying down the bricks from Mourinho’s appointment as the Juventus boss.
