Jose Mourinho has been linked with a return to the Premier League with Everton.
The Portuguese manager has been without a coaching job since being sacked by Manchester United last year. He has been offered a number of managerial assignments but insists he would take up a job within the summer but it would be on his own terms.
Despite being one of the most successful managers his reputation has diminished in the last few years and a club like Everton can definitely help him in getting the midas touch back again.
But Marco Silva is doing a pretty good job at the Goodison Park and since he was appointed in the summer owner Farhad Moshiri is unlikely to bring a drastic change in the dugout unless something major happens in the remaining matches.
Everton have invested big bucks in the last few years and if Mourinho was to manage the side he would be handed a handsome transfer budget. Inter Milan are also believed to be one of the favourties to hire him to replace their current manager Luciano Spaletti.
Despite investing vigorously in the summer the Nerazzurri crashed out of the Europa League after losing to Frankfurt and also virtually don’t have any chance to lift the Italian top flight title.
