After recently denying any suggestions that he is to become the new Manchester United Boss, Mourinho has reportedly opened talks with French Giants Paris Saint-Germain.
Since Mourinho was sacked as Chelsea boss back in December, he has been hotly tipped to replace Man United Boss Louis Van Gaal at the end of the season.
Van Gaal is becoming increasingly under fire after not qualifying for Champions League football this season, and could see himself leave the club soon.
However, the Red Devils are refusing to comment on Van Gaal’s position at the club, which could see Mourinho potentially try to force their hand by opening talks with Paris Saint-Germain, according to news outlet the Daily Mail.
Despite Laurent Blanc signing a contract extension, failure to progress in the Champions League called into question the coach’s credentials- and Mourinho is one of few managers who fit the bill to take over in the French Capital.
The 52 year old Portuguese manager denied any link with Manchester United when questioned by Sky Reporters last night.
