Jose Mourinho Takes A Dig At His Critics

Jose Mourinho takes a vile dig at his critics insisting he has an envious European record following Manchester United’s dodgy 1-0 win over Young Boys in the Champions League.

Young Boys looked to have secured a well deserved point as United were struggling to penetrate the Swiss side’s well oiled defence. Despite dominating possession United couldn’t convert them into clear cut chances led to the frustration of the Old Trafford crowd.

David De Gea once again proved why he is so important at the club as he denied the opponent with a point blank save to keep the host in the game. A late winner from Marouane Fellaini broke the Young Boys hearts as United cruised to the knockout stages with a game to spare.

Mourinho said, “Let me send a message to my lovers and let me say that I’ve played Champions League for 14 years and I’ve qualified 14 times.

“The two years where I didn’t play in the Champions League, I won the Europa League twice.

“So in 16 years, 14 times I qualify and twice I play Europa League and I won. So just curiosity for my lovers and the lovers of the stats.”
