Former-Tottenham Hotspur manager linked with Stamford Bridge hot-seat

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho could be replaced by a former-Tottenham Hotspur manager as Juande Ramos is the latest to be linked with the manager’s job at Stamford Bridge.

Serious questions are being asked about Mourinho and whether he is the right person for the job at Stamford Bridge, and with reports emerging that his future has been discussed at board level, it could only be a matter of time for the Portuguese.

Several names have already been linked with the job, including Brendan Rodgers, Carlo Ancelotti and Antonio Conte, but reports this afternoon have linked Ramos with the job.

Ramos A Candidate?

The report claims Ramos could be appointed as interim manager until the end of the season, giving Roman Abramovich more time to find a suitable long-term appointment.

The Spaniard does have Premier League experience after he took over at White Hart Lane back in 2007, but with his Spurs past, he might not be liked around Stamford Bridge.

Ramos did win the Capital One Cup for Spurs, but he only lasted a year in the job before being sacked.
