Juve eye Pogba sale to fund RVP and Nani swoop

Juventus are considering selling Arsenal and Chelsea target Paul Pogba as they believe it would free up enough funds to sign RVP and Nani from Man United and also Liverpool target Jose Cuadrado. Pogba is highly sought-after by a number of clubs in Europe including Chelsea and Arsenal.

PSG are believed to be willing to pay whatever it takes to sign the 21-year old and despite Juve previously claiming they wouldn’t sell up, if a high enough bid came in then they could let him go. PSG are unlikely to see the ÂŁ60m price-tag as a stumbling block in a possible deal if it means signing a player with promising ability like Pogba. The ÂŁ60m from the players possible sale would be a huge money boost to the Serie A side and it could enable them to sign three or four top class targets.

Top of the Turin side’s wanted list is Man United striker Robin Van Persie, who could push for a move away because of the club’s current situation – The Red Devil’s have lost David Moyes, with only Ryan Giggs as a short-term replacement so far and they are sitting seventh in the Prem. Juve also have a long standing interest in Nani who is also at United.

The ÂŁ60m could also spell bad news for Liverpool with Juventus also keen on a move for their target, Jose Cuadrado, after his impressive season at Fiorentina. Edin Dzeko of Man City is also believed to be a target if a move for RVP fails. Back in March Van Persie said about a possible move away:

“The truth is I’m very happy here at this club. I signed for four years and I’d be delighted to stay even longer, beyond the next two years I have left on my contract.”

Despite this claim Juve are still willing to test the Dutchman’s resolve with a bid for him – even if it means selling their star man Pogba.
