Juventus striker Sebastian Giovinco could still move to Arsenal in the future amid reports a move from Juventus next month is highly unlikely.

The 27 year old has only made 8 appearances under new manager Massimiliano Allegri which sparked rumours the player will look elsewhere for first team football.

Arsenal and Tottenham have both been reported to be interested in the player with Arsenal seeming to be favourites to land the forward man.

The player’s agent has spoken about the potential move and has said this;

‘Giovinco to Arsenal? At the moment only Juventus can negotiate with him, later on however things can change since he has an expiring contract,’ he told Sky Italia.

‘I haven’t met many times with Juventus, on our end we have always been open to it.

‘Fiorentina? We know they like the player, but we’ll need to evaluate the project.

‘Giovinco is 27 years old, he’s in the prime of his career and he has had some important experiences at Juventus.

‘In my opinion giving up on him is a risk, there aren’t players with his quality and attributes: the fact that [Antonio] Conte has selected him to national team proves it.’
