On Thursday it was revealed that Ogbonna was undergoing a medical in Turin. Later, when he had sailed through the medical, he put pen to paper and signed a 5-year deal.
The deal will cost Juventus about £11 million which will be paid over 3 years.
Ogbonna joins a side that has won the Serie A title twice in a row and the club is looking to make that three in a row.
The Italian centre-back came as a 14-year-old to Torino and spent 11 years there before moving to Juventus this summer.
