Karim Benzema has hinted he may consider his options away from the Bernabeu, offering encouragement to Liverpool and Arsenal, who are both interested in the player.
Liverpool have earmarked Benzema as a potential signing after Mario Balotelli’s stuttering start to life at Anfield, while Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is a known admirer.
And despite Benzema’s impressive start to the season, with 11 goals and 6 assists so far, he is believed to be considering his options. The player is concerned Real Madrid don’t see him as long term option up front, and is still smarting about Madrid President Florentino Perez’s public pursuit of Luis Suarez in the summer.
