Frank Lampard had his final words on “Spygate”.

The controversy has risen on the speculation of Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa employing someone to spy on the Rams’ training session ahead of their last match against the Whites.

Derby County manager Frank Lampard has said that it is up to the FA to have their say about the “Spygate” controversy that has been making the rounds of both Derby and Leeds United since the last time the two teams met. He also made it clear that he does not want to make any further comments on the topic, which has thrown the accusation on the Whites manager Marcelo Bielsa to have sent someone at the Derby County training ground ahead of their crucial clash, which the Whites won by 2-0.

Lampard said, “It is now a conversation between the FA (Football Association) and EFL (English Football League) and for them to decide if it is worthy of a punishment.”

He added, “I don’t think offering my opinion now on what should happen is the right thing to do. I think I made my feelings quite clear after the Leeds game. “It’s up to how much the FA and EFL want to stop what happened happening again, or whether they don’t. “This will be the last time I speak about it.”
