Lazio Defender Stefan de Vrij Will Not Join Manchester United
Stefan de Vriji has had his final verdict about the interest shown by Manchester United to lure the defender to Old Trafford, saying that he will not be joining Red Devils.
The 23 year old has been long been linked with a move away from Italy to join the Red devils in the Premier League. The Dutchman told an Italian newspaper that the only reason he has been linked with Manchester United is only because of  his nationality and that the head coach is also Dutch.
The Dutchman told an Italian newspaper ” People often link me with Manchester United because i’m Dutch and the manager is Dutch too, but i want to win trophies with Lazio” he said.
He further added ” all Dutch players seem to be linked with Manchester United because of their nationality, but their is never anything in it apart from their nationality.
