Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal with Real Madrid for striker, Karim Benzema, according to reports.
It broke yesterday that the two clubs were in talks over a potential transfer, but now, reports coming out of Spain are suggesting that a £38million deal is in place for January.
The Frenchman recently signed a new deal at the Bernabeu, but he’s been strongly linked with an exit for the past few seasons, and it finally looks like he’s set to leave Madrid and join the Premier League.
Madrid told Liverpool they’d want at least £38m for the striker, and officials at Anfield agreed to that price and will now hold personal talks with the French international.
No formal talks between the club and player have taken place as of yet, but it’s believed they will take place in the near future.
