Liverpool and Arsenal are lining up a move for Birmingham City winger Demarai Gray and the transfer fee could be just £3.5million this January.

The 19-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League with Liverpool and Arsenal both chasing the winger’s signature.

German giants Bayern Munich also have the England U20 international on their radar and will offer anything up to £10million for the wonder-kid.

The Blues rejected offers as high as £5million this summer from Bournemouth, but the Championship side could see him leave for just £3.5million in the January transfer window.

The Brum academy product’s buy-out clause goes down to £3million next summer which will alert a number of Premier League clubs on his availability.

Gray has represented England up to Under 20 level but hasn’t made a break through to Gareth Southgate’s Under 21 side yet but many pundits have tipped him to make his first-team England debut in as little as three years.

Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett knows there is a bundle of top flight sides after his starlet but he hopes to keep him so he has the chance to develop and improve him as a natural winger.

The midfielder played in Birmingham’s 1-0 defeat by local rivals Aston Villa in the Capital One Cup third round tie and impressed massively.
