Liverpool and Everton are in a transfer battle to try and sign Braga midfielder, Rafa Silva.
The 21-year-old has caught the eye of several European suitors after some stand-out performances in Portugal this season, and according to reports, both Liverpool and Everton have sent scouts out to watch him in action ahead of a potential Summer bid.
Silva is an attacking-midfielder who likes playing just off the striker and has just broken into the Portugal national team after making three appearances for them.
In his contract, Silva has a £19million release clause, but it’s understood that a reasonable offer could be accepted.
According to reports, Liverpool and Everton are considering launching £7.5m bids at the end of the season.
