Andre Ayew is out of contract with French side Marseille this summer, which has raised speculation over a possible transfer.

Marseille would be hoping to cash in on the striker who impressed at the World Cup in Brazil, helping Ghana earn a draw against Germany.

The 24 year-old also scored against the United States but it wasn’t enough for his side to progress from the ‘Group of Death’.

And according to reports made in France, his top performances for his national side has increased interest surrounding him from many top European sides, including Premier League sides Liverpool and Manchester United.

Reds boss Brenden Rodgers is keen to find more talent to add to a squad which will push for the title once again next season.

And with appearances in the Champions League for Marseille, Ayew is a useful transfer as Liverpool will be playing amongst Europe’s elite next campaign.

Meanwhile United are keen to sign top players as they rebuild from their disastrous campaign last season which saw them finish 7th. They have already got Luke Shaw and Ander Herrera under their belt and they are hopeful of adding Ayew as Louis van Gaal looks to push for at least fourth place next year.
