Liverpool have enquired about PSV Eindhoven’s young Belgian Zakaria Bakkali.
According to Belgian media, talks have been productive, with a £8million bid rumoured to be on the table. If the Reds were to bag the promising youngster, he would be their 4th signing of the summer, and take their total spend to around £65million.
Bakkali has enjoyed a rapid rise to prominence at PSV, starting from the youth squad and working all the way up to the first team. He was even awarded his first national cap this year. He has been dubbed as part of the ‘golden generation’ including stars such as Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku and Kevin Mirallas.
