Reds could launch £15million bid for Borussia Dortmund winger
Liverpool are eyeing up a £15million deal for Borussia Dortmund star Henrikh Mkhitaryan, according to reports.
The Armenian international is less than happy at the Bundesliga outfit, and his agent confirmed back in February that he may seek a move away from the club sparking speculation regarding his future.
Mkhitaryan has been a long-term target of Liverpool‘s, and it’s thought that the Premier League side wanted to sign him before he ended up at Dortmund.
However, according to reports, The Reds will renew their interest over the next couple of weeks and could launch a formal bid worth around £15m.
Agent Confirms Move Wanted
Speaking back in February, the winger’s agent confirmed that a move away from Dortmund could be a possibility.
The 25-year-old cost the Bundesliga outfit £25m when they signed him back in 2013, but due to injuries and lack of first-team football, his value has decreased over the two years.
