Liverpool are looking to sign Jackson Martinez, Petr Cech AND Nathan Redmond in a deal worth a combined £47m.
The reds have had a torrid campaign so far, their latest defeat coming at the hands of Crystal Palace over the weekend, and Brendan Rodgers is under increasing pressure to turn their fortunes around, starting with the January transfer window.
And according to reports, Rodgers is hoping to bring in three top class players, starting with £7million-rated Chelsea goalie Cech, who would replace Simon Mignolet between the sticks.
Following close behind Cech would be prolific Porto striker Jackson Martinez, who has been given a £30 million price tag by the Portuguese club. And finally, £10 million-rated Norwich winger Nathan Redmond, who has been in fine form for both the Canaries as well as the England Under-21s.
The hope is that these three players could make an instant impact in the Liverpool team, and turn things around drastically in the second half of the campaign.
