The Reds have reportedly bid £19m for the Barca keeper
Liverpool have tabled a £19m bid for Marc-Andre Ter Stegen, according to reports.
The 23-year old is out of favour at Barcelona, with the keeper unable to get himself much game time in Spain. The Reds have reportedly been interested in the keeper for a while and were contemplating a bid for him in both the summer and January.
A move never did go ahead but reports are now claiming that Jurgen Klopp wants a replacement for Simon Mignolet and he wants the German keeper to be that replacement.
Man City also tabled bid
A twist could be in store for Liverpool though, with reports also claiming that Man City are keen to sign the shot-stopper and have tabled a higher bid for Ter Stegen, believed to be around £23m.
Either way, with both teams keen, it looks like his time at Barcelona could soon be up!
