France and PSG striker Jeremy Menez could be on his way out of Ligue 1 after he was kicked out of the first team.
Liverpool boss Brenden Rodgers is known to be keen on signing the Frenchman as Menez was linked with a move to Anfield in the summer. He decided however to stay put, but now the window has opened, he will likely leave following a row with manager Laurent Blanc.
During PSG’s Champions League win over Benfica, Menez stormed off the bench after Laurent Blanc refused to bring him on. Menez has reportedly been banned from training with the first team, and Liverpool are reportedly ready to make a move for the striker.
Rodgers is reportedly preparing a £5m bid, but faces competition from fellow Ligue 1 side AS Monaco and Serie A champions, Juventus. But with 8 goals and 11 assists last season, it is likely Menez will make a move for the Premier League.
