Liverpool are set to beat both Arsenal and Manchester United to the signing of Paulo Dybala.
The Argentine, who currently plays for Serie A side Palermo, is being pursued by several top club’s in Europe, having impressed whilst in Sicily.
Palermo have told the interested parties that they can sign the 21-year-old if they are willing to pay £31 million.
As well as Arsenal and United, German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund are also keen on the player, however according to reports in Italy, Liverpool are leading the way.
Manager Brendan Rodgers is desperate to overhaul his squad following a poor start to the season, with questions being asked of both Rickie Lambert and Mario Balotelli.
Striker Daniel Sturridge will also be ruled out until January.
Therefore, it appears thsa he will turn to Dybala to solve his striker issues.
