Origi battling for starting place
Liverpool striker Divock Origi has admitted he wants more game time at Anfield.
The Belgian has been forced to watch his team in action from the bench so far, with Jurgen Klopp continuing to favor Daniel Sturridge or particularly Roberto Firmino in attack.
Englishman Danny Ings is even further down the pecking order.
There’s plenty of competition on Merseyside and Origi understands that it will be difficult to break into the side.
He said: “Of course I would like to play more, but never change a winning team.
“I’m still convinced that I will make it at Liverpool.”
Origi is away on international duty with Belgium as they prepare to face Bosnia and Gibraltar in World Cup qualifiers.
