The only remaining stumbling block is whether the Italian side bring Sturridge in on loan or seek a permanent deal. Liverpool are asking for a fee between £17.5m and £26m.
Inter also have a few reservations about Sturridge’s injury history, though are conscious that they will need to move quickly to wrap up a deal
