Liverpool targets Krychowiak

Liverpool has targeted Polish star, Grzegorz Krychowiak.

Grzegorz Krychowiak who was on a season loan to West Brom from Paris Saint Germaun has been targeted by Jurgen Kloop, according to reports from  The Sun

Jurgen Kloop, who wants to give depth to the Liverpool side will look forward to add the Polish midfielder. Although the deal will have an influence of  PSG’s new coach Thomas Tuchel who has replaced Unai Emery at the French club, depending on his plans for the upcoming season and whether Krychowiak fits in the plan of not.

Grzegorz Krychowiak was signed by Paris Saint Germain  from Sevilla under Unai Emery for a five-year-deal at an undisclosed fee of  £24million. He represented the spanish side in over 90 matches and appeared 5 times on the scoring sheet.

Krychowiak joined PSG and after playing 19 games for the French side, he was loaned to West Bromwich Albion on 30th August 2017 for a season.He played 31 games for the English side but was never on the scoring sheet. The player has a contract until 2021, but he doesn’t want to return to the French side and spend the season on benches.

On the other hand, Liverpool Boss had already hinted for more arrivals this summer in his recent interview with the Liverpool official website.

He said,”“Yes, I am happy, and the work [on new signings] is always going on, that’s how it is. Why should we stop until the window is closing?”

The Reds have already signed  Naby Keita and Fabinho this summer. Xherdan Shaqiri and Nebil Fekir  has been linked to the club since a few days and it can result in a possible move for the players to the English side.

Liverpool will kickoff their next season with a home game against West Ham United on 11th August.
