Reds plotting £7million bid for Real Madrid outcast?
Liverpool could be set to renew their interest in Real Madrid winger Denis Cheryshev, according to reports.
The Reds have been long-term admirers of the Russian international, but after failing to land him over the summer, they began to look elsewhere, with Alex Teixeira their new target.
However, once again they were snubbed for that transfer as Shakhtar Donetsk don’t want to sell this month, which has lead to speculation that Liverpool may renew their interest in Cheryshev.
Fresh Bid
According to reports, Liverpool could launch a £7million bid for the 25-year-old, with the player himself desperate to move due to the European Championships coming up in the summer.
Cheryshev needs regular first-team football and he’s not getting that at the Bernabeu even after the managerial change.
