Suso has been one of the best and most constant players for AC Milan in the last two years, who has a knack of doing well in the Milan derbies. But the giants are fearing that they could lose one of their best players in the summer, while they are in the process of rebuilding.
Liverpool are plotting an approach to bring Spanish forward Suso back to Anfield from AC Milan, claims Calciomercato. The reds have been impressed by him during his tenure at Italy and have already attempted to sign him during the January transfer window but a deal never went through.
The 24 year old left Liverpool for AC Milan in 2015 and has been one of the mainstays for the Italian giants. He just have a £35 million release clause in his contract and his former club is likely to trigger that in a bid to sign him this summer, as a part of improving their squad.
AC Milan are also planning to bolster their squad this summer and are targeting Jose Callejon and Memphis Depay. But they are worried that Suso could leave them for a very small amount, though they want to keep hold of him.
Suso has scored 8 goals and assisted 5 for AC Milan in all competitions this season.
