Llorente snubs Arsenal and Manchester United

Juventus striker Fernando Llorente has snubbed keen Premier League interest from Arsenal and Manchester United to return ‘home’.

The Spain international is set to join La Liga side Sevilla within the next week, despite being heavily linked with English big boys Arsenal and Manchester United all summer.

However, the 30-year-old wants a return to his homeland after being sidelined by Serie A side Juventus this season.

Spanish radio station Cadena Ser claim that Llorente has all but finalised a £7.3million move to Sevilla, and that is expected to be announced within the next 10 days.

The 6ft 5in target man arrived at the Juventus Stadium in 2013 from Spanish side Athletic Bilbao but is expected to leave after just two years with the Italian giants.

Juventus are having a revamp over this summer transfer window with Andrea Pirlo, Carlos Tevez and Arturo Vidal but have brought in Paulo Dybala, Sami Khedira, Mario Mandzukic and Juan Cuadrado on loan.
