Villarreal striker, Luciano Vietto, could be on his way to Liverpool, according to his agent.
Reports emerged yesterday that The Reds were considering launching a £12million bid for the 21-year-old and according to his agent, a move could be on the cards at the end of the season.
Vietto has netted 16 goals in all competitions so far this season and has caught the eye of several clubs around Europe, and in a recent interview, his agent had confirmed that Liverpool aren’t the only team interested.
Real Madrid and two un-named Bundesliga sides are also on Vietto’s case apparently and a move over the Summer could take place.
‘We know that a lot of big clubs are watching Luciano Vietto,’ the agent told Spanish paper AS.
‘There is a lot of competition for him.
‘He could sign for Liverpool, we know that he is admired by the Reds, as well as Real Madrid and two Bundesliga clubs.
‘I think he could leave Villarreal in the summer.’
