PFA Player of the year and Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has admitted that his dream move away from Liverpool would one day be to return to former club Ajax, and nothing is going to stand in the way of that happening.
He isn’t eyeing up the move just yet, but is incredibly adamant that he will one day return. Liverpool signed Suarez from the Dutch club in January 2011, for what seems like a bargain £23million. He made his name in European football at Ajax, scoring 81 goals in 110 appearences.
“Ajax is very important for me: ideal club, taught me a lot, using both feet, playing with the ball and being a team player.” He told Helden magazine,
“I will definitely go. Even if the coach doesn’t want me, I’m going. Defintely.”
