- First bid (£35m) was rejected and so was the second bid (£40m + £1) which means nothing between Arsenal and Liverpool has been agreed.
- Liverpool are determined to keep Suarez as they say Suarez is not for sale even though Suarez said he wants to leave Anfield.
- Brendan Rodgers told the Liverpool Echo: “It’s a story that can keep running but for me there is no news. Luis is happy. He totally understands the club’s point of view.” according to Daily Star.
