Huge blow for Tottenham and Arsenal
Bordeaux’s Malcom has been in the news for his impressive displays this season and is currently one of the hottest properties in the Ligue 1. The winger has been linked with a move to many top Europeans clubs.
Malcom has expressed his desire to play at a higher level many times. Indeed, the Brazilian confirmed in February that he will look to leave the club this summer, and has also claimed that he dreams of playing in the Premier League, as well as for Bayern Munich.
Arsenal and Tottenham are also believed to have strong interest in the Brazilian and are keeping tabs on him ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 21 year has now expressed his admiration for Paris Saint-Germain, who are on the verge of winning the domestic title. And reports suggesting that the French giants could move for him as they are looking to bolster their squad for the next season.
“PSG is the dream too,” he told beIN SPORTS.
“It’s great [to play for] clubs that will always play at a high level; in the Champions League, winning the championship.”
He also confirmed that PSG have already held preliminary talks over his potential acquisition.
“I know there were conversations,” he added.
It’s a huge blow for both Arsenal and tottenham and may well have ended their hopes of signing him this summer.
