Gareth Bale is No.1 transfer target for Mourinho
Gareth Bale is Manchester United’s new no.1 transfer target, according to reports.
Spanish newspaper AS are saying that manager Jose Mourinho has identified the Welsh forward as a very important signing and will stop at nothing to get hold of him.
United scout Thomas Bormann was at Wales’ 2-2 draw with Austria last night where Bale was involved in the build up to both of Wales goals, but failed to score.
It is believed he was watching the Real Madrid man.
Bale has scored 3 goals in 8 appearances so far this season at Madrid, as they’ve made an unbeaten start to the campaign.
United are thought to be willing to make Bale the world’s most expensive player again, but AS adds that it is unclear whether Mourinho will make a move for his man in January or whether he will wait until summer.
