Man United star talks about leaving the club for Spanish giants.

David De Gea speaks on leaving Manchester United for Real Madrid.

Manchester United goalkeeper, David De Gea has indicated that he will not push for a move to Real Madrid this Summer.

The Spanish international claimed that he is happy at Manchester United.

The 27-year-old has been a long term transfer target for the European champions and came so close to moving to the Champions League holders in the Summer of 2015.

And now De Gea’s current contract expires at the end of next season, although United have the option of extending it for a year further.

The Old Trafford outfit have been in talks to significantly improve De Gea’s deal after the Spaniard established himself as arguably the world’s best goalkeeper.

De Gea says that he is happy to stay in Manchester.

David De Gea said:

“I’m always calm. The important date is June 15.

“The World Cup is important, for us to deliver a good performance, for the team to do well and for things to go as well as possible.

“Personally, I’m happy where I’m at, happy and at the same time I’m focused on the national team.”
