Although Chelsea have eased to Premier League success this season, Jose Mourinho is still looking to strengthen his squad.
But it is United who are touted as favourites for the signature, and the youngster from Santa Maria in Southern Brazil may well be set to replace Angel Di Maria. According to Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport, United boss, Louis van Gaal is looking to offer a £36m deal for the South American.

It has been rumoured that Van Gaal will be given something in the region of £150million in the summer to strengthen an under-performing United squad in a bid to once again be a force in England and challenge for the Premier League title.
The footballing world has been interested in the midfielder since his move to Italy from Santos in Brazil in the summer of 2013, and as his profile grows, it could be United that put him on the global map sometime soon.
