Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino: “Overall, we were doing quite well until we conceded the first goal which was quite unlucky. After that Chelsea were quite superior and we had to take risks and that allowed them to punish us and get the second goal.
“We have been on a negative run facing some of the top sides in the league. Overall we deserved more from those games but results haven’t come our way and we need to keep looking forward.
“But we are not worried. The mentality and will of the team is strong and we are sure the results will come our way.”
