Manchester City are thought to be ‘confident’ in their chances of signing Tottenham star Danny Rose this summer.
Pep Guardiola is looking to rebuild his defence this summer after a catalogue of high-profile errors so far this season that have perhaps cost him the title in his debut season in English football.
Rose is currently England’s no.1 left-back and has been part of a very strong back 4 for Spurs this season, attracting the attention of the City boss.
Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna and skipper Vincent Kompany are all set to be shipped out of the Etihad this summer, making the way for new talent.
