As per the reports, City are more likely to move for the Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl now. The 22 year old is a world-class talent and he could be the ideal long-term replacement for Fernandinho.
The German International is valued at £27 million but Dortmund will not want to sell one of their best talents on a bargain. City might have to pay a huge sum in order to convince the German giants to sell him.
Though the midfielder has a contract until 2021 and Dortmund are in no pressure to sell him.
