Manchester move for Modric?

Luka Modric could make a return to the Premier League this summer transfer window as Manchester City prepare a bid.

The playmaker reportedly could be leaving Real Madrid as the La Liga giants look to make room for Juventus’ Paul Pogba.

Financial Fair Play will force the hand of the Galacticos. They will have to sell key players so they can have available funds for Pogba; who is valued at £70million plus.

One of the players that is tipped to leave is the Croatian international Modric, who has played in England previously with Tottenham Hotspur.

City are ready to bid big for Modric but will have to fight off competition from Chelsea. Their manager, Jose Mourinho, signed Modric for Madrid when he was in charge in the Spanish Capital.
