Manchester United are targetting a double swoop on Juventus this January, with both Arturo Vidal and defender Angelo Ogbonno interesting Louis Van Gaal.
Midfielder Vidal was continuosly linked with a move to Old Trafford last summer, however a deal didn’t materialise in time forcing United to sign Daley Blind instead.
Although they could be set to re-ignite their interest in the Chilean by bidding £52 million for him and his team-mate Ogbonno during the winter transfer window.
Italian international defender Ogbonno has also been linked with a move to Premier League rivals Arsenal, with both sides desperate to add to their threadbare defence.
The Serie A giants will be keen to fend off interest for the key duo until at least next summer, as they look to make a serious impact on the Champions League and Serie again this season.
