Manchester United have been told they will have to dig into their kitty for £18.6m if they want to sign Alexandre Pato
The Brazilian Forward is currently on loan over at Sao Paulo from the Corinthians but has been said want a switch to the Premier League in the upcoming January transfer window.
Pato is pegged to be one of the most exciting prospects in the world, However, injuries restricted his time at AC Milan, and he has spend the last two years in Brazil.
The 26-year-old has been slowly rebuilding his career, and has scored nine goals in 27 matches this season.
Whether Pato will be good enough for the Premier League remains to be seen, but the option is there for United should they want it after Corinthians deputy director of football Eduardo Ferreira confirmed he could be sold.
