Insider has claimed Spaniard is joining United
Manchester United will be signing Pedro from FC Barcelona, according to a club insider.
The Red Devils are preparing for life after Angel Di Maria as the Argentine is set to leave Old Trafford after just one season. The winger is on the brink of signing for Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Louis Van Gaal is moving quick to replace the outgoing star by signing Pedro from Barca after his release clause was cut down to just £22million.
Pedro is wanted by Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and also Bayern Munich, but a club source from United has revealed that it looks like a deal is in place.
Young Out/Pedro In?
The club source was discussing Ashley Young‘s future, who has been linked with a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur, and whilst mentioning the England international’s future, he stated that Pedro’s move could force him out of the club.
“If no offer of a contract extension is made then he will see what his options elsewhere are looking like.”
