Marco Van Ginkel to remain at A.C Milan

Marco Van Ginkel is set to remain at Italian Serie A side, AC Milan.

Van Ginkel is currently on loan at Milan from Chelsea, with reports suggesting that Jose Mourinho was planning to bring the 21 year-old back.

The Dutch youngster has struggled to hold down a regular starting place at the San Siro, having joined on loan at the start of the season.

However, the player’s agent, Karel Jansen, has dismissed any possible rumours of an early Chelsea return.

“Things are proceeding according to plan and there are no promises that haven’t been kept. Inzaghi does his work and we have no intention of interfering with his choices.

“Marco’s job is to continue working and make sure he is ready when called upon.

“Will he return to Chelsea in January? That is false too, it’s completely untrue. My client will remain with the Rossoneri.”
